1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract to submit a binding service request. You may not use the website unlawfully, submit false or unauthorized information, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape the site excessively, impersonate another person, or exploit site content without permission.

2. General Information

We try to keep service descriptions, availability, estimated timeframes, service areas, equipment, and prices current, but they may change. Website content does not guarantee a particular service, date, vehicle, staffing level, or price.

3. Estimates and Quote Requests

Calculator results, ranges, and preliminary estimates are based on information supplied by the user and are not binding unless CARONYX confirms them in writing. Materially incomplete or inaccurate information about distance, inventory, dimensions, weight, access, parking, stairs, waiting, assembly, disposal, labor, or safety may require a revised quote.

4. Reservations

Submitting a form, sending a text, receiving an automated message, or viewing an estimate does not reserve a date. A reservation is confirmed only when CARONYX sends written confirmation and any required deposit, authorization, or service document is completed.

5. Communications

By providing contact information, you authorize service-related communications about your inquiry, quote, scheduling, payment, support, or claim. Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and opt-out rules. Carrier charges may apply.

6. Intellectual Property

The website’s original text, layout, graphics, logos, photos, videos, icons, and software are owned by or licensed to CARONYX and protected by law. You may view or print information for personal, noncommercial use but may not reproduce, sell, or imply sponsorship without written permission.

7. User Submissions

You retain ownership of photos, descriptions, reviews, and other content you submit. You grant CARONYX a limited license to store, reproduce, and disclose submissions as reasonably necessary to evaluate, perform, document, support, or resolve a requested service. Operational use does not automatically authorize public advertising use of identifiable customer content; separate permission may be requested.

8. Third-Party Services

Maps, payments, forms, analytics, social media, marketplaces, scheduling tools, and linked sites may be operated by third parties. CARONYX is not responsible for third-party availability, content, terms, security, or privacy practices.

9. Website Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation. This does not disclaim warranties or obligations that cannot lawfully be disclaimed or that appear in a signed service agreement.

10. Website Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CARONYX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising solely from website use. This limitation does not govern liability controlled by a service contract, insurance obligation, household-mover regulation, or nonwaivable legal right.

11. Misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses caused by your unlawful website misuse, material breach of these Terms, or unauthorized submissions. You are not required to indemnify CARONYX for CARONYX’s own negligence, willful misconduct, or legal violation.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

California law governs these Website Terms. The parties are encouraged to attempt good-faith informal resolution first. Any action may be filed in a court with lawful jurisdiction and venue. Nothing restricts a consumer from contacting a regulator, using small-claims court when eligible, or exercising a nonwaivable right.

13. Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed transaction unless lawfully agreed. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
