Request help moving the agreed items into or out of the vehicle or space you provide. Describe heavy items, stairs, and loading access before booking.
Moving items in place
Need furniture rearranged or items moved within a property? Explain the starting location, destination within the site, and access between them.
Crew & booked hours
The quote depends on the selected crew, booked time, and job details. Request enough help for the scope and ask Dispatch if you are unsure.

- Permission and access to the property, storage unit, building, or loading area.
- The items and packing needed for the agreed work.
- Any equipment or supplies that are not expressly included in your confirmed service.

Prepare an accurate request
List the items, approximate sizes and quantities, the work you need done, and the selected crew and hours. Describe stairs, elevators, parking, the carrying route, and any heavy or unusual pieces.
For loading or unloading, have your transport ready at the work location. Let Dispatch know about delays or changes that could affect the booked work.

- Prepare access. Arrange entry, loading access, elevator reservations where needed, and a clear path.
- Check the confirmed scope. Review the crew, hours, location, and any expressly approved extras.

Common labor questions
Know what to expect before you book.
Will CARONYX bring a truck or transport my items?
Labor Only does not include transportation. You arrange any truck or vehicle. If you need pickup and delivery, review Item Delivery or Small Moves.
Does Labor Only include disposal?
No. Disposal and hauling are not included in Labor Only. If removal is needed, ask Dispatch which available service fits the job before booking.
Can I add assembly or more work?
Request additional work only where offered and have it included in the agreed scope. Do not assume assembly, disassembly, or another task is included in loading or unloading.
What if I need more helpers or more hours?
Ask Dispatch to review the request. Additional crew or time can affect price and availability and must be confirmed. A support request alone is not approval of an extension.
How do I choose the right crew and hours?
Start with a complete item list and describe the access and tasks. If you are unsure, open Help & Support so Dispatch can review the job details before you book.
