1. Our Efforts

• Use clear headings, meaningful page titles, descriptive links, and form labels.
• Provide text alternatives for informative images when appropriate.
• Maintain readable contrast, scalable text, and visible focus indicators.
• Support keyboard navigation for important controls.
• Provide text instructions and identify form errors.
• Avoid unnecessary flashing and provide motion controls where practicable.
• Review important pages with automated and manual testing.
• Consider accessibility when selecting and configuring third-party tools.
• Correct reported barriers within a reasonable time based on severity and available resources.

2. Accessibility Objective

As a practical benchmark, we seek to improve the website in alignment with generally recognized accessibility practices, including relevant portions of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. This describes our objective and is not a guarantee that every page or third-party feature will always satisfy every technical criterion.

3. Third-Party Content

Maps, payments, videos, social media, scheduling tools, and forms may be provided by third parties. We may not control every aspect of those services. We will consider reasonable alternatives when an inaccessible third-party feature prevents access to important information or service.

4. Alternative Access

If you cannot use a feature, contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information, quote, scheduling assistance, document, payment assistance, or customer service through another method such as telephone, text, email, or another accessible format.

5. Report a Barrier

Please provide the page or feature, a short description of the difficulty, the device or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, the format or method that would help, and your preferred contact information. We prioritize barriers affecting quotes, service information, scheduling, payment, or support.

6. Ongoing Improvement

We periodically review content, forms, navigation, design, and newly added features. Because websites and technologies change, barriers may occasionally arise despite these efforts.

7. No Retaliation

CARONYX will not unlawfully deny service, charge a different price, or retaliate because a person requests reasonable accessibility assistance or reports a good-faith concern. A requested modification may be limited when it would fundamentally alter the service, impose an undue burden, or create a direct safety risk under applicable law.
